Such regrets
It will make you cold and bitter
Such regrets
Let it go, things will be better
Why soak, you can start over
Such regrets

About R.S. Mallari

Through poetry I am trying to break the barriers of ethnicity, cultures and even beliefs for we humans have the same emotions, the same desires and aspirations. We may differ in colors, in language, and food that we eat yet we are still living under the same sun, swimming and sailing on the same seas and sleeping under the same stars.

I wish i was strong enough to let go..

I love your short poems. Short but deep. They give me inspiration in short concise words.

It's never easy to stand whenever we fall unlike cats which can always land on their feet but unlike cats we have faith, renew your faith and like a ball you will bounce back.

P.S. I am not a preacher, and I don't usually do what I say but for some reasons my "advices" work for others:D

Thanks Edlin I'm glad you appreciate my works.

I completely agree with this short but meaningful poem. Although that is quite difficult to do, like in any undertaking, the reward for overcoming is far greater than the pain.

Personally, I believe that one of the most miserable things in the world that a person can do is to live all their lives harboring grudges and hatred in their heart. This poem is simple but it says it all.

You have said a great deal in a few lines. Well done. "Such regrets".......but I love the positive affirmations in there.

Through poetry we can inspire others, we can make someone smile and words can make others cry be it of joy or sadness.
