Writing is my passion, reading is my hobby. I'm a proud father of two adorable kids, married to a young and lovely lady. When I showed my first poem to a friend, he just laughed and blurted "you're so corny". Maybe I am but that doesn't make me a fool. I am just a man with so much hope and very much attuned to my feelings.

I started writing during my high school years when I felt I was an outcast because I spoke of things that a normal teenager would not even bother to know. There was no one that could bear to listen to me even for a minute. So I turned to pen and paper and became my loyal companions, sad thing is I lost my journal with all of my early writings in it.

Writing is my only refuge in time of emotional turmoil and only in writing that I find peace when everything around me is in chaos.

Through poetry I am trying to break the barriers of ethnicity, cultures and even beliefs for we humans have the same emotions, the same desires and aspirations. We may differ in colors, in language, and food that we eat yet we are still living under the same sun, swimming and sailing on the same seas and sleeping under the same stars.
